(April 26, 2023) The University of San Francisco’s Center for Business Studies and Innovation in Asia-Pacific (CBSI) partnered with the cybersecurity firm Botwise, international law firm Pillsbury, and Singapore Global Network in presenting “Enterprise Cybersecurity Strategies and Innovation Leadership 2023.” Coinciding with a gathering of cybersecurity professionals at the annual RSA industry conference and hosted in Pillsbury’s panoramic Embarcadero Center office, the event brought together security professionals, risk officers, entrepreneurs, venture capital investors, legal experts, students, faculty and others interested in the emerging field of cybersecurity. The first of two lively panel discussions addressed geopolitical events and current issues shaping the business landscape. The second panel focused on opportunities for cybersecurity innovation and investments in new technology.
Central to CBSI’s mission is to facilitate interaction and collaboration between the University and business communities. “Enterprise Cybersecurity Strategies and Innovation Leadership 2023” provided valuable opportunities for the University community to directly learn from and share ideas with new technology entrepreneur leaders and venture capital funders.
